I found this picture last night on pinterest and I was surprised with the amount of interested it received! Wooden crates work as storage and have a unique look that adds character to any room. My mum used to keep her magazines in a wooden crate beside the couch similar to the picture above. Below I collected some other ideas of how wooden crates can be used:
