The Summer Bucket List

Around this time every year I like to come up with a bucket list full of adventures and opportunities that only the summer can provide. In a three month span I pack as many cottages, yard sales, camping trips, boats, bonfires, beaches, festivals, and patios as possible.

If you're looking for some ideas (that work with any budget) for your summer bucket list here are a few:

1. Go cliff diving. In other words, jump off a large rock. The best way to do this is to ask a local or friend for a good (deep) place in your area. Don't go alone, don't go at night, and always test that the water is deep enough.

2. Go fishing. There is nothing more relaxing then waking up at 4am, going out on a deserted bay with a friend, and sitting quietly while enjoying some hot coffee.

3. Swim in the rain. It's a great feeling that can't be put into words.

4. Go on a road trip. Canada is made up of small towns full of one-of-a-kind stores and restaurants- explore!

 5. Go horseback riding.

 6. Go to a fair/midway.

7. Have as many campfires as possible.

8. Play on the beach.
